Our Pilates Exercise Program consists of controlled movements and mindful breathing which enhance core strength and stability by targeting deep abdominal muscles. This allows restoration of the posture and spinal alignment. Our different levels of this program build from basics to advanced level for the clients with mind and body awareness, balance and coordination, thus reducing risk of injury. We use various equipment and tools such as Reformer Bed, Mat, Cadillac Bed, Stability Chair, Spine Corrector and Arc Barrel based on clients’ progress and needs.
