TRX suspension trainer helps to build not only the core and grip strength but also overall body strength to build muscle mass.

Animal Flow

Our Animal flow class is a Ground Based Functional Training demanding a body to stabilise and mobilise specific regions or joints, improving proprioception. It builds core, shoulder strength and stability demanding Physiological components such as respiration and blood circulation.

Yoga

Our mind and body yoga class keeps you calm by reducing stress. It builds strength, balance and flexibility.

Mat Pilates

Our Mat Pilates class brings body awareness and teaches Proper breathing techniques. It helps to improve the posture and alignment. It builds core strength, balance, endurance, coordination and reduces imbalances.

Functional Circuit Training

Our Functional Circuit Training classes are designed with each exercise incorporating our functional lines and patterns. This intense class builds your strength, endurance, cardiovascular system. Our instructor can modify the exercise based on Clients fitness level.
